Located in the hills of Balaruc-les-Bains, this magnificent vacation home with private pool spoils its guests with a beautiful view of the lagoon lake Étang de Thau.
Frontignan with its beautiful beaches is 6 km away, and Sète, also on the sea, is 7 km away. The Étang de Thau provides the habitat for many species of animals, including flamingos, and in Bouzigues you can get probably the best oysters. The cottage enjoys a very quiet location and is ideal for a family vacation. A jacuzzi is available on request and for an extra charge. From its large and very bright living room, you can access the terrace that overlooks the garden and the pool and treats you to beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the sea. In addition to the 3 bedrooms (one master suite), there is an open sleeping gallery that is reached by a staircase without banisters. In between, pass the time with billiards, table tennis and pétanque. At the pool, which is embedded in greenery, there are several sunbeds at your disposal.
The owner lives in an apartment attached to the house, has his own entrance protected by privacy screens. He is away all day and very discreet. The pool is completely reserved for tenants.
The house is ideally located to discover Sète, the city of Georges Brassens, with its lively port, the covered magnificent market and Mont Saint Clair, from where you have a magnificent view of the surrounding area.
Discover Montpellier with its picturesque alleys in the city center, the Place de la Comédie or the Royal Place of Peru and its numerous fountains.
In the hinterland, visit for example the Gorges de l'Hérault by canoe and the listed village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (51 km).
